Terms of Service

Welcome to WSH Photography. By accessing this site or any gallery WHATSUITSHIM hosts through Pixieset, you agree to these Terms of Service and any gallery-, contract-, or purchase-specific terms provided to you.

Photography + Copyright. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, all photographs, videos, graphics, logos, and other creative materials displayed through WHATSUITSHIM remain the intellectual property of WHATSUITSHIM and/or their respective rights holders. Access to a gallery does not transfer copyright or ownership.

Permitted Use. Images may be viewed, downloaded, printed, shared, or otherwise used only to the extent permitted by the applicable gallery settings, client agreement, written license, or Digital Image License. Where no separate license is provided, downloaded images are for personal, noncommercial use only. You may not, without prior written permission, sell or sublicense photographs; use them for advertising or other commercial purposes; materially alter them or remove watermarks; claim them as your own work; scrape or mass-download gallery content; or use photographs to create datasets, train artificial-intelligence systems, or develop derivative commercial products.

Public + Private Galleries. Public-gallery links may be shared, but the photographs themselves remain subject to these terms. Passwords, download PINs, and client-exclusive links should not be distributed beyond their intended recipients. Appearance in a photograph does not itself grant a third party permission to reproduce that image or commercially exploit another person’s likeness.

Downloads + Orders. Availability, resolution, download permissions, pricing, fulfillment, and gallery expiration may vary by collection. Additional terms presented during checkout or attached to a client agreement or image license control where they differ from these general Terms.

Third-Party Platform. Galleries are hosted through Pixieset, and certain features—including payments, downloads, cookies, and technical services—are provided by Pixieset or its service partners. Your use of those features may also be subject to Pixieset’s applicable terms and policies.

WHATSUITSHIM may update these Terms or modify, restrict, archive, or remove gallery content as reasonably necessary. Continued use of the galleries after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
